Becoming a Sales Specialist

Our Sales Specialist roles are perfect for people who want to further build their brilliant people skills and develop their ability to build customer relationships... a brilliant opportunity for those who want to develop their knowledge and skills to progress into automotive sales.

You will join the Group's Sales Excellence Journey, through the Excellence Hub and Partners to develop your skills and to build your knowledge to deliver an excellent guest experience; undertaking a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard... to give you the freedom to develop your own personal flair to excel after 12 months as a fully-fledged Sales Associate.

You will progress through the 4 steps in the sales development journey across the 12 months:

Novice - Intermediate - Proficient - Emerging

Learning from the best in the industry...

*The role is subject to minimum requirements for the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard. You would be expected to have Maths and English GCSE at grade 3 or 4 or be expected to undertake functional skills throughout the programme to achieve a level 4 (subject to validation and assessment by the Training Provider)

*You must have a Full Clean UK Driving Licence
