Health & Wellbeing - Associate Assistance Programme (AAP)
We wish to ensure that we support associates in the management of their health and wellbeing. Therefore, we pay for all associate to have access to an Associate Assistance Programme (AAP). This provides a range of support and advice to our associates, a confidential helpline, counselling sessions, access to a Doctor 24/7, physio advice and support from other Health Experts.
Health & Wellbeing - Private Medical Insurance (Senior Management Only)
We wish to ensure that we support associates in the management of their health and wellbeing. Therefore, we pay for allocated Senior Managers to have access to Private Medical Insurance. This includes the benefit of access to discounted rates for these associates to decide separately for their partner and family.
Financial Wellbeing - Planning For The Unexpected
We extend our responsibility to an associate’s family in the tragic event of an associate’s death. We look to provide some financial security to an associate’s family with the benefit of a Life Insurance arrangement which is paid by the company after 3 months of employment.
There is no cost to an individual and it is not a Benefit in Kind (which would be subject to tax).
The company standard cover commences at 1 x annual salary, increasing to 2 x annual salary after 5 years’ service. Senior management is subject to enhanced arrangements.
Financial Wellbeing - Planning For The Future
All our associates will participate in a Personal Pension Scheme, after 3 months service, in line with the Pension Auto Enrolment rules.
We are really pleased to have these arrangements through Scottish Widows who offer excellent advice and facilitate an online pension management process.
Used Vehicle Discount Scheme
We are pleased to be able to reward associates and their families. with beneficial arrangements when purchasing a used vehicle from any of our franchises. This benefit is available after 6 months of continuous employment. Family includes partners, children, siblings, and parents.
The Group operates a strict process and policy to obtain discounts on both Retail Vehicles and Auction purchased vehicles & Trade In’s, which you must follow to take advantage of this benefit.
Aftersales Discount & Benefits Scheme
All associates and their families can enjoy generous discounts and rates across the group Aftersales Operation. These benefits are available after 6 months of continuous employment. Family includes partners, children, siblings, and parents. This discount and benefits scheme can be received across any of our franchises.
- A discount on the purchase of parts, which is based on cost plus 10%.
- They will receive a discount of 50% on all retail labour rates.
- MOT will be charged at a rate of £25.
Lease Vehicle Discount Scheme
We are pleased to offer its associates the ability to lease a car and commercial vehicles from SOGO Mobility on a flexible month by month basis.
You’ll enjoy the benefit of up to 25% discount on all website prices, and the choice of numerous manufacturers and models.
Cycle to Work Scheme
We offer a 'Cycle to Work Scheme'.
