What Makes You a Perfect Fit?

• You’ve got 2+ years in automotive sales and some solid Transaction Manager or leadership experience.
• You’re a natural leader, a deal-closer, and a guest experience expert.
• You thrive under pressure and love juggling priorities like a pro.
• You’re tech-savvy, process-driven, and compliance-conscious.
• You’ve got a full UK driving licence, a clean Basic DBS check and adverse financial background check.

• Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends.
• Be the face of the showroom – greeting, prospecting, and following up
• Take the reins as Duty Manager when needed.
