You are an ambitious and confident individual who thrives to deliver a personalised and unforgettable guest experience and hit your sales targets with your own unique style!

You have at least 1 years’ experience in a customer service and automotive sales environment with the passion and drive to match!

You are confident on the computer, with a high level of ability to deliver on processes and compliance requirements.

You have a ‘Full Clean UK Driving Licence’ and you will have to provide a Basic DBS check and adverse financial background check.

What does a normal day look like?

A normal day is always different from both yesterday and tomorrow!

It is a role of variety, autonomy, and diversity.

• You will be knowledgeable and confident presenting all funding methods to clients
• Generate leads from the business community by highlighting their business proposition expertise.
• Understand the tax implications of every model and type of finance offer, providing finance and generic taxation examples to aid decision making.
• Create your own sales activity, lead generation and business marketing activity.
• Be passionate about business customer retention. Taking ownership of renewal tools whether it be your own database or P360.
• Have great people skills, installing themselves in the local business community and becoming the “trusted local business expert”.
• Providing each client with a fantastic experience from their initial communication, through to delivery of the car and regular touch points in the clients purchase cycle.

A successful Fleet & Business Sales Associate will always deliver a world class service, with professionalism and integrity. With a work pattern which encompasses the fantastic opportunities presented by the weekend, on an agreed rota arrangement.
