It’s all about you…turn the ordinary into the extraordinary!

You have at least 1 years’ experience in an administrative and automotive sales environment with the passion and drive to match!

You are confident on the computer, with a high level of ability to deliver on processes and compliance requirements.

You have a ‘Full Clean UK Driving Licence’ and you will have to provide a Basic DBS check and adverse financial background check.

What does a normal day look like?

A normal day is always different from both yesterday and tomorrow!

· The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a busy fleet sales team in the administration and co-ordination of the department.

· Liaising with customers and internal departments.

· Confirming orders and tracking their progress.

· Experience of AFRL and Vista systems preferable.

· Organising, prioritising and meeting tight deadlines.

· For this position interpersonal, organisational and customer service skills are essential.

· Whilst knowledge of a fleet environment would be beneficial, enthusiasm and the determination to succeed are more important to us.

· The person we are looking for will have a confident and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills enabling them to successfully liaise with people at all levels, both internally and externally.
