Ideally you have 1 years’ experience in the parts automotive environment or relevant demonstrable experience in a similar type of role …but especially with brilliant attention to detail and organisational skills to match!

Your positive and can-do attitude demonstrates excellent customer service skills, with an enthusiastic and respectful approach to deliver your work with a high level of integrity and a drive to succeed!

You have a ‘Full Clean UK Driving Licence’.

What does a normal day look like? What does a normal day look like?

A normal day is always different from both yesterday and tomorrow!

  • To order, receive and locate parts to external and workshop clients, all deliveries are accurately checked and processed ensuring client demands are fulfilled.
  • Accurately complete and store all paperwork, process returns for surcharges, warranty and no longer required parts.
  • Check all parts returned by clients for damage and condition, noting down returns details and logging the parts back into the department.
  • Maintain a tidy and organised stock warehouse, arranging stock as per client and workshop demands.
  • Update and maintain parts literature and related information to promote a speedy and effective service for all clients.
  • Maintain an accurate account of stock via stock check including booking in and out procedures of parts.
  • Process invoices for the purchase of parts to ensure the prompt receipt of payments when applicable.
  • Assist in the delivery of parts to our trade clients when required.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relations with associates, other departments and suppliers to further the successful operation of the department.
  • Develop company knowledge through attending relevant training opportunities.
  • Maintain Company standards relating to security of resources at all times.
  • Maintain quality standards of dress, attitude, client care, honesty, health and safety in order to portray a professional image to clients at all times.
  • Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.

Working hours will be Thursday and Friday 07:00 - 17:30 with an hour's lunch break and Saturdays 08:00 - 13:00.
