Reporting to the Group Compliance Manger to carry out the duties relating to complaints

Salary: £25,000 pro rata £15,000 for 3 days per week, phone and laptop provided.

Key Responsibilities and Duties (list not exhaustive)

• Complaint handling including Local and Group escalated complaints, support with legal cases, Alternative Dispute Resolution Service responses, root cause analysis of complaints and subsequent process improvements / feedback & coaching.
• Supporting Managers and Directors across the group in their handling of complaints and providing advice on relevant UK legislation and Consumer Law.
• Responding to and collating Data Requests.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in a direct customer service and or complaints handling role either face to face or remotely.
• High level of both verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organisational skills.
• Methodical and diligent.
• Acts with honesty and integrity.

You will have to provide a Basic DBS check and adverse financial background check.
