Gavin, Division Director, talks about his career with Grange and his personal experience of our desire to promote from within.

From helping to build a Go-Cart with his brother at the age of 6, Gavin has always had a passion for cars. Here, Gavin talks to us about his journey from the land of BMW to becoming Dealer Principal at Grange Aston Martin Brentwood and Division Director of Grange Motors.

"I have always had a passion for all things motor-powered ever since I helped my older brother build a Go-Cart at the age of 6."

"It was over 25 years ago when I finally got an opportunity to start my first car sales job at BMW in Harold Wood and then a few years later I moved to Mercedes-Benz in Romford where I first moved into a Management role."

"After 11 years with Mercedes-Benz Romford and a short spell at Mercedes-Benz Chelmsford, I made a big move to the 'High Luxury Sector' (HLS) and started my role at Grange Aston Martin Brentwood in 2008."

"With a wealth of experience gained from over 10 years with Aston Martin, there is not much I do not know about the Gaydon era of Aston Martin’s. I love the cars, the theatre, the brand and the people that make it such an icon in the motoring world."
