As marketing manager at Grange, Katie shares her passion for her role working with some of the world's leading brands and how she would like to influence more women to join the automotive industry

From a young age, I was intrigued by motorsport, which led me to try out rallying as a hobby. To this day, my happy place is being at a racetrack. This passion I have for automotive led me to a career in marketing within the automotive industry.

I have been extremely fortunate, throughout my career that I have been able to view the automotive sector through the lens of the manufacturer, agency & dealer.

I joined Cambria Automobiles in 2012, as marketing manager, representing the high luxury brands within Grange Motors. In the past 10 years my role has evolved with the ever-changing landscape. Cambria has allowed me to develop, learn and grow new skills professionally and personally.

I am very passionate about my role, and I am very lucky to work with some incredible brands and people. My role allows me to create amazing experiences for our guests, this year I will be organizing specific events for women. It is a passion of mine to drive more women into automotive and to get behind the wheel.

I would encourage anyone who has a passion for the automotive sector, not to be put off, as what can be perceived as a male-dominated industry. Follow your dreams and passion always!
