Cambria Automobiles have provided me with numerous opportunities to develop and enhance my career as part of this expanding group.
I first started as an HR Administrator, with no previous experience in human resources. My colleagues around me invested their time and knowledge into helping build my experience, as well as online training courses and being entrusted within a huge variety of situations arising within our department which would not be available in most other businesses.
I learnt quick and fast with my manager seeing my potential to develop further and provided me with the opportunity to be promoted to a Division HR Coordinator. As part of this role, I am able to travel across the country to our dealerships and subsidiary businesses to build face-to-face relationships with all our associates and managers providing advice and support over a wide range of matters.
The company are funding my Level 3 CIPD qualification to further my knowledge and invest in my future in the company.
I can honestly say I love my job. There are very few organisations that can offer what I have been so lucky to be part of and I am proud to be working as a woman within the automotive industry feeling as though my contributions are valued and recognised.
